Artistic Director
Choral Conducting, Voice, Piano, Music Theory and Ear Training
Maksim Matsiushenkau is the Artistic Director of the Munich School of Choral Art and conductor of the children’s and youth choir Voices of Munich.
He studied choral conducting, voice, and music education in Minsk and at the Mozarteum University Salzburg.
Together with the school’s ensembles, he has realized numerous concert, opera, concert tour, and international cultural exchange projects, earning many national and international awards.

After graduating from music school and high school, studied singing, choral conducting and music pedagogy in Kazan State University of Culture at the Faculty of Opera and Choral Performance and graduated from the university with distinction.
Since her childhood, she has participated in various international competitions and won several prizes.

Kaori Kashimoto was born in Japan and lives in Munich. At the age of 8, she won several prizes in international piano and music competitions.
In addition to a diploma with distinction from Osaka University as a concert performer, specialist teacher, accompanist, and chamber ensemble soloist, she has two master's degrees from the Hochschule für Musik und Theater in Munich in new music and soloism.
Music theory, ear training
Yanina Bielai was born in Ukraine and completed her Master's degree in composition at the University of Music and Performing Arts Munich in 2021.
She was previously at the I.P.Kotlyarevski National University of Arts Kharkov as well as the Donetsk State S. S. Prokofiev Music Academy and studied composition, music theory and history, graduating with distinction.
